Here is exactly how WOOW pricing works. Shipping itself is charged by the weight of your parcel; on top of that sits a short, clearly-listed set of service fees, every one explained in plain language below. Nothing is hidden, everything is shown before you pay, and you can estimate your full cost with the calculator any time.

Three factors determine what you pay: weight basis, your chosen method, and any applicable service fees.

We weigh your parcel
For express delivery, cost is based on the actual weight of your order (except for large-sized parcels). For sea/standard delivery, cost is based on the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight reflects how much space a light-but-bulky parcel takes up in the aircraft or vessel.

We apply the rate for your method and destination
Your per-kilo rate depends on the shipping method (express vs cargo/sea) and the route. The calculator returns the current rate for your weight and destination, with no guesswork. The per-kg rate is not stated on this page; it comes live from the calculator above.

We add any service fees that apply
On top of shipping, a short list of optional or conditional service fees may apply: consolidation, insurance, storage, repackaging and pickup (all itemised in the fees table below). Everything is shown before you pay; there are no hidden charges.

Combining multiple orders into one shipment is included for Buy For Me and Ship For Me, so you pay less on international shipping.

Free initial storage
Your parcel is stored free for an initial period; only after that does a small daily storage fee apply per package, shown in your quote.
Optional insurance
Add coverage for high-value parcels at a small percentage of declared value for Buy For Me and Ship For Me orders.
No surprise charges
