Welcome to WOOW! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. General Information


WOOW provides international shipping and shopping solutions, allowing users to receive packages from the USA, UK, and other countries and ship them to Bangladesh or globally. These services are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Account Registration & Customer ID



  • ➤ Upon registration, you will receive a unique 5-digit Customer ID, which must be included in your address line when sending parcels to the WOOW warehouse.


  • ➤ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities under your account.


3. Shipping Policy


  • ➤ WOOW offers competitive shipping rates and delivery timelines.


  • ➤ Shipping timelines are estimates, and delays due to customs, weather, or third-party carriers are beyond WOOW’s control.


  • ➤ Prohibited items as per international shipping laws and destination country regulations will not be accepted or shipped.


4. Prohibited & Restricted Items


You may not use our services to ship:


  • ➤ Weapons or ammunition


  • ➤ Flammable or explosive materials


  • ➤ Live animals or plants


  • ➤ Narcotics or illegal drugs


  • ➤ Counterfeit goods


  • ➤ Items restricted by destination country customs laws


Please consult our Prohibited Items List before shipping.


5. Customs Clearance


  • ➤ WOOW handles customs clearance based on the declared value and nature of the goods.


  • ➤ Customers are responsible for accurate item declarations.


  • ➤ Additional duties or taxes imposed by customs are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Loss or Damage


  • ➤ WOOW is not liable for damage or loss of items due to poor packaging or prohibited contents.


  • ➤ For additional safety, we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value shipments.


  • ➤ Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

7. Returns and Refunds


  • ➤ Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of package receipt.


  • ➤ Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of service failure caused by WOOW.


  • ➤ Refunds are processed to the original payment method after approval.


8. Pricing & Payments


  • ➤ All fees are displayed in USD or BDT, depending on the service region.


  • ➤ Payments must be made in full before shipment dispatch.


  • ➤ WOOW reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.


9. User Conduct


Users agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:


  • ➤ Providing false information


  • ➤ Attempting to bypass customs or legal procedures


  • ➤ Harassing WOOW staff or other customers


Violation of these conditions may result in account suspension or termination.


10. Modifications to Terms


WOOW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.


11. Governing Law


These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
