At Woow, certain products containing lithium batteries require special handling due to international air transport safety regulations. These items are classified as restricted goods and must follow additional compliance procedures before shipment.

Lithium goods include products that contain lithium-ion or lithium-metal batteries, such as:

• Mobile phones
• Laptops and tablets
• Smartwatches
• Power banks
• Cameras
• Other electronic devices with built-in batteries

Because lithium batteries are regulated for air transport, these items require special processing.

Lithium Goods Shipping Charge

Lithium goods are subject to a fixed compliance and handling fee:

Lithium goods shipping charge: $150 (1kg–100kg)

This charge covers regulatory compliance, carrier approval, safety handling, and special processing requirements. The fee applies per shipment.

Customer Confirmation Required

Before shipping lithium goods, customers must confirm how they would like to proceed:

• Yes – Ship the Item: The shipment will be processed under lithium goods regulations and the $150 charge will be applied.
• No – Return to Seller: The item will be returned to the original seller. Return charges may apply.

Shipment will not proceed without customer confirmation.

Compliance & Restrictions

• All lithium shipments are subject to airline and courier approval.
• Some items may be rejected if they do not meet international transport regulations.
• Incomplete or incorrect product details may cause delays.
• Delivery timelines may be longer than standard shipments.
