BUY FOR ME SERVICE POLICY
1. Service Role
Under the Buy For Me service, WOOW acts strictly as a purchasing agent on behalf of the customer.
WOOW will purchase products from online or offline suppliers using the customer's instructions and funds.
WOOW does not manufacture, own, or guarantee the products being purchased.
2. Customer Purchase Authorization
By requesting a Buy For Me order, the customer authorizes WOOW to:
• Purchase the specified item(s)
• Pay the seller on the customer’s behalf
• Arrange shipment and delivery services
Once the purchase is completed with the seller, the order becomes binding and non-reversible.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once the purchased item arrives at the WOOW warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customers cannot request cancellation or refund due to:
• Shipping delays
• Longer transit times
• Airline delays
• Customs inspections
• War, natural disasters, or global disruptions
• Logistics or carrier delays
After the shipment leaves the WOOW warehouse, WOOW has no authority to cancel the order or reverse the purchase.
Cancellation may only be possible if the seller accepts cancellation before the item reaches the WOOW warehouse.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and depend entirely on the seller's return policy.
WOOW will assist customers with seller communication if necessary, but:
• Seller approval is required
• Return shipping costs may apply
• Marketplace rules apply
WOOW does not guarantee seller refunds.
5. Product Quality & Warranty
WOOW does not guarantee:
• Product quality
• Product authenticity
• Manufacturer warranty
• Product performance
All product warranties remain with the original seller or manufacturer.
6. Shipping Responsibility
Once the product arrives at the WOOW warehouse and enters the shipping process:
• Shipping timelines become subject to airline and logistics conditions
• Delays may occur due to customs or international events
Customers agree that shipping delays do not qualify for purchase cancellation or refund requests.
7. Customer Agreement
By requesting Buy For Me service, the customer confirms:
• The purchase is authorized
• The item description and price are approved
• The customer agrees to the seller’s policies
• The customer accepts WOOW's shipping terms and conditions
Payment for Buy For Me service constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
8. Final Clause
WOOW acts only as an intermediary purchasing and shipping service provider.
WOOW shall not be held liable for seller disputes, product defects, warranty claims, or marketplace policy enforcement.
